Every morning I tell myself, “Self, today is the day we do Pilates first thing and THEN get down to work.”
It’s like, if only I can do this one thing then everything else for my day will fall into place and it will be perfect and I will be functioning at my most productive level.
And then everyday I sit down to eat breakfast at my computer and get sucked into catching up on my dashboard, answering emails and then oh jeez! It’s 2:30 pm and I am still in my PJs at the computer, having crossed off much of my work to-do list.
But one of these days…one of these days I will do Pilates first thing in the morning and it will be the greatest day.
